About Me
My name is Patricia Burnett, and I bring over 40 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Holistic Health Practitioner. Throughout my career, I’ve helped people of all ages and abilities regain confidence in their bodies, improve fitness, and build healthier lifestyles.
I also live with fibromyalgia, which has given me a deep, personal understanding of the challenges chronic pain and fatigue can bring. Over the years, I’ve explored and practiced many approaches — from exercise and nutrition to holistic treatments and mindset shifts — to support both my own health and the wellbeing of my clients.
My philosophy is simple: sometimes the best way forward is to go back to basics. By focusing on the foundations — sustainable habits, balanced movement, nourishing food, and simple lifestyle changes — we can create lasting results and a healthier, more fulfilling life.
